Does anybody know if you can record automation data from the arpeggiator like note length or gate duration? I only seem to be able to record arp mods!?
I primarily use Zebra as a substitute for a modular synth because of instant recall. I know that I could record a live jam but that would kinda defeat the point...
Zebra 2; extensive automation

If by "record" you mean capture the data in a track in a DAW?
No. Not yet.
You could resort to creating the midi data in an external sequencer or (indeed) use your DAW to craft the control... I use all three, Zebra arpeggiator (or MSEQ), the DAW (Ableton) and an external sequencer (Kirnu Cream)... depending on how the musical event was arrived at. All are usable and have advantages and disadvantages.
Urs and team have drag and drop sequencer output capability on their loooooong list... they have a number of irons in the fire and will get to it when they can.
Zebra is very capable as a "modular" and comes under MIDIs heel very well.... internally or externally.
