Thesys not saving midi mapping :( - Cubase 7

Window 7 - x64 Cubase.

I am saving in MY Documents Sugar Bytes Thesys folder..

It seems when I close my DAW and open a saved preset with midi map in a new project.. midi map is lost.

This basically would stop me from using the software at all for my purposes.


Any idea?

EDIT--

Figured out you have to SAVE the Midi CC map, then load it on a new start..

This I can deal with..
