I've read plenty comments of his on Cockos forum.
Really humble guy.

Perhaps the point of that sentence was lost in translation -- let me try again: it is not very enjoyable to hear people talk about you like they know you.lfm wrote:Not a chance Justin would express himself this way.deadbeef wrote:Sheesh, it's a bit much having to read people writing about you in this way.

I agree, I think you were right about that then and still are.I do love how people say "this isn't complicated" and "just read the [extensive] instruction manual".. Perhaps it _IS_ complicated, but you just are used to it? If it was really that simple, perhaps it wouldn't REQUIRE reading a manual, it would just be obvious. Granted, I am biassed by the way I do things, but I'd like to think to some extent I'm right..
Mmh... that just doesn't want to fit to Reaper.LawrenceF wrote:Oh that's him all right.
Below is my personal favorite KVR quote of Justin's ever....

I'd go one further. Reaper is a work of genius. What a wonderful world we live in that gives us tools like these.fateamenabletochange wrote:Reaper is easy without the manual. Don't like long menus, don't look at them, or right click to bring them up.
i.Monitor Input, Record Output, Input Stereo x and y
ii.Measure latency with ReaInsert out and back to Outboard, set that to a negative amount on a jsdelay on that channel
........good to go.
I don't think it could be simpler.
It's obvious. No problemo. Always works. Never crashes, not once in years.
Elegant.
