I understand that. I'm just trying to explain why some people might be less motivated to join your "beta" test (I still think calling this a beta is premature, as you have stated this doesn't have anything like the final feature set). It also doesn't help that you have not been clear about whether this will import Wusikstation patches (not just sounds), that is my main interest in this but your response to my questions has been "maybe". This ambiguity and lack of clarity I find offputting, maybe I'm the only one but somehow I doubt it. People need to know what they are getting into - especially when it is already for sale.

I'm aware of this. What I'm trying to do is create something BIG, so it takes some time.
Sorry I can't give much clear information right now. The main Module SDK is ready, so now is just time, to create new modules, the sample-playback module, and the wavesequencing module, and TONS of other modules, so it is a lot of work for a single crazy guy like me.

I have to echo this sentiment a bit, and TBH, have decided to take a 'wait & see' stance and not download any more files until you do actually have a working 'beta' as others have mentioned. I bought the package, and enjoy using WusikStation V7. But it seems to stop there for now. (Perhaps Eve should've have been ported to 64b first?) And 4k isn't something I want to spend anymore time checking out until it's complete enough to be a product ready for beta. As it stands now, I'm removing it.aMUSEd wrote:I understand that. But I'm still watching your 'blogdates' to see where its at.

Hey guys, sorry I have been a bit slow this past few days. I haven't done the sample-playback engine yet, as I want to do it in a new way and that takes a bit more time. I'm also brainstorming on some new ideas.
I also need to add BPM option for LFOs and Multi Line Envelopes, it's not hard, but right now I'm installed the latest C++ tool as the one I was using is just a preview. (MSVC++ 2013) Now they released the Full version, but it will take a full day or two to install, since my internet is a bit slow...
I'm also thinking on a way to add a Script module that will allow to create custom modules right inside W4k. It will use a simple interpreted language, so it won't be as optimized as a C++ coded module, but for simple stuff like MIDI and Effects it could be OK and very handy.
No idea on how this will work out, so for now I will mute the discussion.
I will post more as I figure how I want this to work way, in a way that I'm happy about.
Anyway, that's the new for now. Don't forget to tell me how the Filter sound is right now, and the Single OSC HQ option too.

Is there a trick to getting the UI to resize in FL Studio (11.0.3)? I see from previous images in this thread that it is possible, but I don't have any resize handles on my window. I've tried both 32 and 64 bit versions.

Where is the resize handle?
Note that the widget that lists the preset is chopped off on the right. I tried setting different widths in "Main Settings.xml" but it is always chopped off.

Thanks. Which windows version are you running, 32 or 64 bits? Also, did you try deleting Main Settings.xml?

William, please consider a LUA based script language. It's very easy to define callbacks for you and very useful for us...
