Sylenth has no sound when I reload projects on FL 11

Hey there. Sylenth1 will not work if I close and reopen a project in FL11. It works great when I first open it, but if I save and reopen any project that has sylenth in there, it opens normally but no sound comes out. Any help out there?? Thanks!
