VO is missing some crucial elements of Hammond behaviour, because it's sampled, not generated.

Anyone has it or tested it and can comment ?
And now, look at the title of the page where he talks about VB3:Anyone looking for a collection of instant Hammond sounds will find Charlie a useful addition to their armoury, but anyone looking for true playable authenticity may well be a little disappointed with some of the performance aspects.
Who said that VB3 is overrated? Hmmm ?If you're looking for an alternative to the established fare, VB3 is a must-have purchase. Prepare yourself for a treat — you may even decide to mothball your current Hammond plug-in.

As I remember, Charlie is completely sampled and has to crossfade between the two sampled Leslie speeds. So that magical moment when the bass baffle and the horns accelerate/decelerate at different rates is conspicuous by its absence.evilantal wrote:FYI
UVI Retro Organs is essentially USB Charlie repackaged for the UVI engine...
