Sorry, i missed your message 4 days ago. I already had tried with Bite HPF but it sounds too different, less pleasant for my ears.pdxindy wrote: Use the Bite HPF and with that one you can modulate it

OK... here goes!
I really like Zebra and use it allot (Diva and other u-he products too but this is about Zebra now), so here are my main, important feature requests that I hope will make if before Zebra 3.
-more precise parameter action: (when avoiding finetune because it's not needed)
I guess what I'm asking is a bit more dynamic scaling for parameter adjustments?
where if you move the parameter slowly you get greater accuracy to set to desired value (again, this isn't fine-tuning)
-Shaper module:
There is this edge control that is a LP filter for the wet signal I guess...
...really cool to have an off switch for the filter. (and might be interesting/useful to have have other modes like HP and BP)
-ModMapper quantize goes up only to 24, if it's easy to implement, can it go higher like 36 or 48?
-MSEGs: right-click Unit snap goes only up to 8... can it go 16 or 32?
-Lag, alternate, random modulation sources as found in Diva... (ModMappers are used for something else and are semi-random)
-Mod Matrix:
modulation bypass switch?
As always, more slots in the mod matrix please!
even if a few more will surely help! (perhaps double target instead?)
-OSCFX:
If it's easy to implement, this would be a life saver!
oscfx routing (instead of selecting and setting up spectral fx + modulations every time we want to switch order (oscfx order makes a great impact) just so we can go back and reset everything if it sounded better, (time consuming and laziness inducing btw
), wouldn't it be great to have a simple switch to flip oscfx routing?
) would be very lovely!
-A bit more resolution for the oscs maybe? For smoother wave scanning.
Of course there are always more requests from myself and everybody, but these are what I find important (and possibly simple and quick to implement) for improving Zebra's workflow and abilities atm!
Thanks for considering!
PS a new dist module
just kidding

Just double click the module in the grid to disable ithakey wrote:Suggestion for Z3:

An on/off button on the module or the grid block would be more efficient.

Any Default option yet http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 69#4899269 for Zebra 2.6?
It feels like taking the elevator to the center of the earth.

You said it required click/scroll/click so I was offering an existing function that works better, not disagreeing with your Z3 feature request.hakey wrote:Just single click an on/off button.pdxindy wrote:Just double click the module in the grid to disable ithakey wrote:An on/off button on the module or the grid block would be more efficient.

Double clicking is hit and miss for me - I often have to double click twice or more.pdxindy wrote:You said it required click/scroll/click so I was offering an existing function that works better
Not a big deal, I was just expressing my preference, and there is obviously a balance to be had between adding buttons for functions and clutter.

Not had that problem myself... that would be a bug thenhakey wrote:Double clicking is hit and miss for me - I often have to double click twice or more.pdxindy wrote:You said it required click/scroll/click so I was offering an existing function that works better

you can get a mouse that has a programmable double-click...hakey wrote:No, it's a problem I have with double clicking in general.
A single click would be preferable *for me*.

I don't like the dynamic scaling... cause then one does not get a consistent result with the mousewheel. Whether I move the mousewheel slow or or a little faster, I want the same result

Zebra suggestion... (I assume for Zebra 3)
I'd like more accuracy for the X/Y pads.
Shift does not give a fine control over the position of the little triangles or the colored bar for setting initial and min/max states. The triangles move in increments of 1.25 out of 100 (so only 80 steps in the whole range). For certain parameters there is not enough control to get them where I want in relation to other assigned parameters.
