I live in the UK and Shawnee (4lb Kitty) just helped me buy Thesys and Artillery from Musician's Friend. These plugins were on offer but only to US customers due to Musician's Friend shipping DVDs with serial numbers rather than emailing them out. If you're not in the US but need someone to help you buy a plugin that's on offer only in the US, get in touch with Shawnee.

I do agree completely. I've just got a Sawer license with Shawnee (4lbKitty), also from an awesome deal on Musician's Friend, and everything worked perfectly!
