It should say 2.6.1 - unless you use RTAS, which is 2.5.2

If you right-click a preset folder you can open it in Finder/Explorer and thus see if you have 2 installations maybe.
I'll try that Urs. I do have RTAS but i thought this was AAX? I have other plugins that say AAX like EW Play and NI Kontakt

I use PT10 HD Native on Mountain Lion

Will investigate. There was a similar report re Diva, maybe we still have some note timing randomisation on for debugging something
But Bronto Scorpio's example shows perfect timing. Or it depends on platform?
Here is my example (totally messed timing):

or maybe Zebrbrbrbrbra
Well, you don't need all these brabrabrabra

Only one zee-bra on one zee-bar

Back to topic :

I have tried (vst2\vst3) to hear the offbeat phenomenon... I am not sure I could detect any. but I ended up reverting to 2.6 just to be on the safe side...

In spite of this, new distortion module very creative!
Both sounds created with Rectify:

Welcome to the dirt side of Zebra!

The distortion module is superb! I've had great fun with the beta, seeing what weird and wonderful sounds I could make using simple waveforms and a whole lot of mod matrix'd distortion. The rectify mode can be particularly interesting.

Thank you Urs! Will ZebraHZ also get this module?

Sure, once it's set in stone :)

So, any chance that the problem I reminded will be fixed with this release?

Thank you,

For some reason to get distorted filter sweeps to sound like I want I need to set the XMF filter to parallel LP1 or LP2 with about 50% offset. But it does work.

Hi people, I just bought and downloaded Zebra 2 today and after a preliminary play around with it, I am super impressed. I guess I should RTM at some stage, but I've been having way too much fun tweaking sounds. What a great sonic engine! The next thing I did when I took a breath was join this forum, so being my first post, apologies if this is a dumb question, should I install this beta or get used to the version I downloaded first? Thanks to Urs and the u-he team for such a great product.

Hmm, what skin are you using? - I was quite sure it's fixed in the original one, which is the only one I've touched so far.

Tested on original one, just after installing new beta (version says 2.6.1 b1 or something similar IIRC).

Yep, I can confirm as well.

Not only that, but the Gain knob looks different - like it's coming from the Unempty skin, or something.
