minor ACE gui bug

Maybe this has been reported before, but I just noticed it. When I increase the ACE gui size to large, the patch notes text in the right hand column of the patch browser no longer wraps properly (check one of the John Lehmkuhl factory patches, for example). Running latest 64-bit build in Windows 7. Same behavior in both Sonar and Live.

That'll change with an update to our scaling algorithm... projected for next year.
