Directories on Trio HD

Good Day!

If I connect remotely to my Receptor Trio HD, I see zipped files in this directory:

\\receptor\Receptor HD\Users\Musician\My Documents\Komplete Presets

They are:
Absynth5.zip
Battery5.zip
FM8.zip
GuitarRig5.zip
Kontakt5.zip
Massive.zip
Multis.zip

Have these files been unzipped somewhere on my HD, or is that up to me? Where should they go?

PS: As I just received my unit last week, I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions. Hopefully I'll be able to contribute down the road.
