So. You would pay the full price for a synth just to get some more pads? Really? :)

I don't know. But I prefer a full monophonic synth to a poly demo that pumps noise in my speakers and goes out of sync after a few minutes.

It looks like we all are destined to put little fluffy something in therapy, by twisting and turning around his words ;)

Hmm...really? I remember reading somewhere that G3 was in the works...anyway, I like Firebird (although to my ears it sounds a bit dark), I love Gladiator...and I couldn't care less about the rest (my comp can't handle them either) :) What strikes me as odd (and I told them too) is that they have all those award labels from CM and BE on display on their front page, but they don't feel like releasing a special edition for them; so they use the magazines' reputation as enticement and testament to their products, but they can't be bothered to offer something in return...bad policy - IMO, of course.

As for Synapse, (some) ppl seem to forget Zampler is created by them as well. And it's one heck of an instrument ;)

PS: what other Synapse creation was released through CM - except for Junglist - and in which issue? Tnx :) Oh, and btw, what a heck is going on with Toxic 2? I thought it was abandonware, but now I see it bundled in Orion - does Synapse owns it now?

Yes, but it is an advertisement for those magazines too, in a way, just by Tone2 mentioning the reviews.

That being said...I would like to see a Saurus CM version. :)

Heh, I'm pretty sure they benefit more from those reviews getting published than those magazines from getting featured in Tone2's news :) But anyway ;)

Well, to benefit from these reviews, someone has to read them. :D Really, i see magware as a way of advertising the full products anyway, and most magware is pretty slimmed down anyway. There is some exceptions, but mostly, it's not comparable with the full products.

It was supposed to come out this year.
Technically it's finished, we're still busy with the GUI and patches though. If possible we'll release in December. :)

Richard
I'm sure it will be a quality product :-)

I just wonder if there is an intro price? $99 maybe? it would be great to know, so I don't spend all my money now and save some for Dune 2 :D

You are the ultimate consumer... They have you convinced that you are better off if you spend your money no matter what
