Ok so I've managed to screw Maschine2 with Satin

Loaded 1 group with 16 different samples on each pad. Each pad assigned Satin in the insert, different settings ie delay flange etc.
On the group put one instance of satin.
Played back fine.
Saved, closed and reopened.
Unable to start Maschine without without the software freezing and crashing the sound driver

Going to have to unsinatll and see what happens when removed.
Log shows no bug friday.

Nope. Sonar x3 44.1khz and 96khz 32 bit vst2 win 8.

probaply still usefull to send over the log file i guess..

Just sent it. Unfortunately where Machine2 is hanging on the loaded screen, soundcard is crashing and no crashlog produced.

Pssst... there might still be a Satin.log on your desktop

That's what i was wary of, breaking maschine. Can i install it outside the default path or should i just overwrite the demo?

VST3 Closed my Cubase project after trying to load the 2nd instance... then reopened again, tried loading 1 and it poofed Cubase.. Managed to load all 20 instances and play back at about 75% CPU usage.. seems to be the same as the normal versions??

tried on:
reaper x64, wavelab le 7 , samplitude silver, vst host, wavosaur.
all fine except total cpu stress with several instances on reaper (about 12) in my pc (windows 8 64 bit, quadcore athlon, 4 giga ram)
no bug friday

Opened and closed a 4-track Reaper 4.57 x64 project (sating on each track) numerous times. No mutes or dropouts. I'll keep trying.

reaper 4.58 pre5 32 - here and 5 instances of satin

drum and bass sounds better with satin on the track

no bug so far ...
so far nothing, time to go sleeping ...

I assume there is a reason why you don't just send this version to the four ppl who the bug affects?
