Was thinking I had my spectral bases covered somewhat with Razor but this is a completely different beast (obviously). No problems so far on Mavericks with Live 9 but will have to play more. Solid GUI is also a plus.

Haven't tried saving au patches but the settings are saved properly in the host DAW. I also haven't seen too many wild CPU fluctuations but haven't tried a ton of patches...yet!

mightily impressed with the demo...I may take advantage of that sale that apparently starts tomorrow...

Each time I say "that's it, I have enough synths", along comes another one I can't live without..damn

I say it all the time, but I mean it - No more f**king VST synths! They all sound the same anyway let's face it.

But this time, it was different.

The demos for this synth blew me away. Several different styles. Some heavy hitters like BigTone, so to be expected, but I don't think I've ever bought a synth before just after listening to some demos. Of course it was LinPlug, but still.

LinPlug don't do sales or discounts hardly ever, so unless you buy it secondhand in the market place, you ain't going to get it cheaper.

I bought it a few days ago. I installed it last night. Maybe today I can get to hear its sweet and sour offering.

This synth is a real heavy weight. It's something special. I can't remember the last time I was so absolutely blown away. And that interface!

You need to get this synth!

LinPlug have stolen the show in 2013. Someone, anyone, show me a greater offering to the audio world this year! Pipped at the post. No time for anyone else to get in now. The game is over.

I really must load it up.

Yes, I'm already working on it - no samples involved, no musicians nor scripters to hire, no instruments to rent or buy, so sure, it will be in the normal patchpool scope for synth soundsets.

Bought this today and have been giving it a run. Very impressed with the sound and modulation potential.

Although I am getting very regular Cubase crashes which are getting annoying. Cubase has been rock solid for a long time so I had almost forgotten it crashed. A common trigger is changed patch in Spectral.

Also getting some hanging notes as well so hopefully all these issues get ironed out for V1.1...

Wasn't planning on buying any soft-synths this holiday season but made the mistake of giving SPECTRAL a roll in the audio hay..... Had to based on previous audio joy experienced from all the crew at LINPLUG.

Well history repeats itself !! Outstanding effort from Peter and the boys!!!
