Hello,

I just bought the Bundle 4 Sugar Bytes and apparently there is a problem with the installer in marevicks. I work under X LOGIC
I sent several messages SUGAR BYTES unanswered.

Currently I'm stuck, I can not do anything at all, can you help me.

Excuse my English, I'm French and I use a translator.

I also installed the Bundle Yesterday everything works fine, you have to reenter the Serialnumbers for every Plug in manually.
And the Guitar Plug In don't connect with the Guitar Sample Pack, I tried everything but could not make it work, because the plug in don't ask to search for the sample path or you can search or it!

There is an installation bug with 10.9 we will fix soon.
Please install ALL plugin interface and make a restart after installation.
Don't forget to install the Guitarist Library, and also restart directly after installation.
If you have gatekeeper active. Please turn off gatekeeper.

The restart should be done prompt after installation!

I can't install WoW2 and Turnado on Maverick.
Effectrix and WoW1 are OK.
Any news on the forthcoming updates ?

yes, please download the latest installer and install again.

If you have gatekeeper active. Please turn off gatekeeper. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5290

Please also check the permissions of your Documents folder. The owner (logged in user) needs read & write access.

If it still doesn't work please write a proper support mail to support@,
with a nice description and steps to reproduce.
