...I will say Aaron It is a great addition and also the 100 extra presets are a humble welcome, so the new protools has AAX support right?aaron aardvark wrote:Using Zebra 2.7 & ZebraHZ beta 2.7; both working great! Christmas came early this year! I'm only about 1/3 of the way through the 10th Anniversary Zebra patches & I've marked about 90% as favorites (some after I tweaked them). Good job HS! Thank you u-he!
Edit: Not until I read a post earlier in this thread did I know the Uhbie filter is in the ZebraHZ now. Serendipity baby!! Had no idea that was going to happen!![]()

I like the HS- Recently Bass A kind of Emulation of the TX81z Lately Bass, Ive emulated that pretty perfectly In my missing sounds Patchbank, Some of the sounds sound like the stuff that he'd used in the dark zebra, bamboo hits kinda sounds like wet potz in the dark zebra, there are some lovely additions mind, but Imho I find that some presets he's taken from "the dark zebra" so to speak, bar from the BATMAN sounds, would anyone agree on this?

I keep a bunch (actually hundreds) of experimental patches (usually taking about 10 minutes each) which I use as springboards for other stuff, including e.g. The Dark Zebra. It can happen that a few patches didn't "evolve" enough along their repective branches to differ significantly.DJBenniBoy wrote:I like the HS- Recently Bass A kind of Emulation of the TX81z Lately Bass, Ive emulated that pretty perfectly In my missing sounds Patchbank, Some of the sounds sound like the stuff that he'd used in the dark zebra, bamboo hits kinda sounds like wet potz in the dark zebra, there are some lovely additions mind, but Imho I find that some presets he's taken from "the dark zebra" so to speak, bar from the BATMAN sounds, would anyone agree on this?

I see what you mean Howard, are you abble to WORK on more REAL 80/s 90s sounds with me, I mean really Looking INTO every single wave file, that's how much detail Im going into with my Missing Sounds PatchbankHoward wrote:I keep a bunch (actually hundreds) of experimental patches (usually taking about 10 minutes each) which I use as springboards for other stuff, including e.g. The Dark Zebra. Uh-oh, Urs! Another bug in Zeebs!
Try this: select LP 6dB for VCF. Now select any of the last three filters (Tyrell and two MS20 revs). Notice how the necessary knobs (Res and Drive) don't show up...
On the other hand, a bug with EQ filter Gain knob was fixed!

I'm having a few problems with both Zebra2.7 latest version, and Diva1.3 rev 2126.
mac os 10.6.8, in Live 8.4.1
First I made a fresh install without any U-he folders installed.
This only applies to the vst plugins folder, as component folder doesn't have a permission issue at all.
The u-he folder in the vst plugins folder, has a sign on the folder marked as a red circle with a white - (dash) through it.
The permissions did not have normal admin or my name in them as they normally do.
Instead the permissions have this > _unknown -read and write. It also had it set for "everyone" which is normal.
It didn't have the usual "admin" or "michaelscomputer" though.
This was also the case for the vst3 one's of Diva and Zebra.
I changed the permissions to add "admin" and "michaelscomputer" and the red circle with the white dash went away from the folder, and the vst's became visible in Live, and playable.
The vst permissions still show the " _unkown " permission though. I changed it to read only though.
I'll try tomorrow to do another clean install and see if that fixes it.
The other problem is with the latest Diva v2126.
I tried the arpeggiator out. Then turned it off, and went to the next non-arp preset.
Except the arp was still playing. I switched to other non-arp presets, and they all were playing as if the arp was on.
I had to quit out of Live to make it stop.
So...stuck on arp, even when off problem.
edit: forgot to mention, that this happened after a good hour of use.
No issues with the arp before that.
Thanks for any help with this problem.

I remember reading this before, but not in such detail. We'll have a look at the scripts.mcnoone wrote:The u-he folder in the vst plugins folder, has a sign on the folder marked as a red circle with a white - (dash) through it.
So, you lifted all keys and switched the Arp off. Then you went to another preset, and upon pressing a new key it would continue to arpeggiate…? Just making sure it isn't a side effect of a note hanger. The other problem is with the latest Diva v2126.

Yes I lifted my fingers off the keys, and went to many other presets, and the arp was continually triggered, without being on.Urs wrote:I remember reading this before, but not in such detail. I'll try a new install later today, and see if I can recreate it.
