Out of Tune Presets?

Synth noob here. I'm working with preset 268 under the third factory bank. Problem is it's not in tune with the rest of the track. To tune should I be focusing on the 'fine' for each oscillator? What about preexisting detune settings? Also, could the problem be that I'm using keyboard and not a midi controller?

Yeah. Recording a fresh line with a midi controller fixed the problem. Thanks
