Also it's not matching to the dark list at the side, dark menus at the top etc.

the baby blue is awful! but it is temporary...

There is... but you need to put on some ruby red slippers and invoke a chant...

OR

You could just read what Ben [KVR] has written about making sure the forum is running smoothly and bugs are ironed out, before he changes the skin. :shrug:
Ben [KVR] wrote:The current theme is a tweaked version of the standard phpbb theme, which should do the job for a while. It'll be refined and tweaked no doubt (with the whole of KVR being massaged together a bit more of course), but a dark theme will follow (and be user selectable).

For now, I'm more concerned with the timeouts and server load issues we are currently experiencing since the upgrade.
You serious? You trying to bring the entire Internet screeching to a shuddering halt? :dog:
Since when did anyone read information/update posts? :x
It wasn't me! (well, actually, it probably was) - apparently no longer an 'elderly', now a 'senior'! Is that promotion?

What happened?
Some threads dissapeared and everything looks strange now. :?

The "what's new" that is now UNDER the thread (but should be at the side)....

My "What's new" is still on the right side. Maybe it's different on laptops?

Not much point in complaining now - there's obviously more work to do, and Ben said that explicitly. Give it time - there's a good iRing thread started now that's in need of some double-entendres... :hihi:

Now you can make other users Friends :hug: or Foes :smack:.

Don't get too excited. Apparently you see when Friends are online and Foes posts are hidden.
Sweet, everyone make me a foe so I can feel like I have the site to myself.

How?

Accessed the page posted by George:

Installed the Chrome extension.
Edited it and pasted the code provided by George.
And activated it only for URL's starting with "http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic"

For topics list or sub-forums list it doesen't look so good.

Not interested unless it becomes like a Star Wars game... There should be light side and dark side points.

I have updated the CSS for topic list and sub-forums now. It should look better.

http://userstyles.org/styles/91617/kvra ... blue-theme

Code: Select all

.bg1 { background-color: #204058 !important; }

.bg2, li.row { background-color: #1E3749 !important; }

.post { margin-bottom: 1px !important;; }

.content, .signature, .author, .postbody, .postprofile strong, li { color: #ccc !important;}

.postprofile { border: none !important; background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0.1) !important; color: #ccc !important;}

blockquote { background-color: rgba(34, 43, 46, 0.9) !important; border: 1px solid #444 !important; }

a.postlink, #kvrtopicblock a:link, #kvrtopicblock a:visited, li a:link, li a:visited { color: #09d !important; }

.signature { border-top: 1px solid #555 !important; }
