Hello,

I've purchased Synthmaster a few days ago and am absolutely blown away by it (having demo'ed it for months). It's such a beautiful synth and while "Diva" and others surely sound more "analog" or whatever, Synthmaster simply has such a nice sound on it's own that each time I am preferring it over the others.

That shows again how really unimportant it is how well a synth emulates it's "analog predecessor" (at least for me).. it's all about sound and what you like personally and Synthmaster comes with a sound that I simply love for each of the various sounds it generates (oh my god these lush pads are so amazing!), let alone the Wavetable importing which is amazing too! So after a long testing phase of which synth I'll buy next, Synthmaster always did cut it for me so I clicked the buy button at this absolute bargain price they are currently offering it for (got the Everything bundle).

In relation to Wavetables (as I am a big Wavetable fan), I successfully imported the 4400 waveforms that are freely available here: http://www.adventurekid.se/akrt/waveforms/ into Synthmaster and it works like a charm (just letting everyone know in case someone doesn't know about this great resource). So now Synthmaster can do even more sounds than I ever imagined;)

To my second question: I tried to contact KV331 for an invoice for my book-keeping (since I am a music studio owner from Germany and purchased Synthmaster in the name of my little studio, but the taxman wants to see an invoice for each purchase with some details (like vendors full address, my full address, invoice number, etc., blah blah, argh!).

So I've emailed the support of KV331 at support@kv331audio.com and info@kv331audio.com some days ago asking if they would be so kind to create such an invoice for me, but haven't got a reply. I thought it might be because of a SPAM filter or something, so I tried to use the contact-form at kv331.com but this one gives an error when trying to send it (some internal server misconfiguration it seems).

Does someone know if the support team if KV331 is currently on vacation or something or if there is another way to contact them? As the expense has already been booked on my bank account, I would need that invoice as soon as possible.

Regarding the invoice, we havent finished entering the accounting data for November yet. It's been a very hectic period but we'll try to be as fast as we can on entering data/printing the official invoices.

Just have to say I am disappointed by the KV331 support. As you can read above, I had requested an invoice for my book-records for my Synthmaster purchase and also got an answer middle December that I will get that invoice "soon". It´s the 14. January now and I haven´t ever heard back from KV331 about this while I also sent another support email again.

Very disappointed about that kind of support :(

I am sorry about this, we have a real problem right now with our accounting. Just hired someone recently to take over the issue to fix the record keeping.
