Hi there.
I recently got a mac and is trying it out as a DAW.
The problem i have is that Bazille and Uhbiks are updating the GUI veeeery slowly. We are talking a 3-4-5 seconds here. Knobs work as expected when it comes to the sound, but there is no visual indication of what i do. Knobs simply stays in place and jumps to the correct position after some seconds...sometimes up to ten seconds.
Bazille does not have the issue when i use the AU. Haven't tried the Uhbik au's yet.
I don't have this problem with any of the other stuff i have installed, but to be fair i haven't installed that much stuff yet, so i am not sure if its just the u-he plugs that does this. NI, Stillwell, D16 and PSP-plugs are fine though. All VST.
Imac ultimo 2012, Mavericks, newest Reaper. All 32 bits.
I know my way around audio-stuff on Windows pretty well, and i know macs too. I have never run DAWs on macs though...so, is it me overlooking something simple because i am a mac noob, or is this a known issue...simple fix?
EDIT: bonus question: will i be able to load a project done on the mac with vsts, on a windows machine with the same plugs installed, or do the mac/win vst's have different IDs?

Mavericks.
Wait till hosts are updated for 32-bit VST compatibility. They need to do something (I don't know what) to get Carbon Windows to draw. Alternatively, open a text input field on any plug-in, then close it. That also initialises whatever Carbon Windows need.
Or simply go 64 bit (no Carbon there and Cocoa works as advertised)
