Hello Mdrummer gurus - I use Tracktion 4, and I am trying to map Mdrummer to different tracks as I would would micing a real drumset - i.e. Kick to track 1, snare to track 2, etc. I have looked everywhere and cannot figure out how to effectively do this. Perhaps it's my lack of know-how, but could someone give me some pointers?
Thanks in advance and very much appreciated!
Best,
Guit.

Hi Guit, I cannot really help you with Tracktion, you should ask them about routing, but about MDrummer - you should use 16out version, and then just select appropriate drum channel for each drum. Once you set this up, MDrummer will remember it (or look in Drumset editor / Settings for additional stuff).

Thanks for your quick reply, and you're absolutely right, I've got it working! I then routed each track to a different midi channel within Tracktion and it's working beautifully. Just like micing an actual kit in the studio. I also saved the setup as a template so I won't have to mess with the set up every time.
Thanks again, Mdrummer is an excellent product.
