You're probably thinking of 'free reins' (reins being the straps connected to the bridles of a horse), meaning releasing control.

If it were easy, anybody could do it!

Bad form.
Sweet Jesus.
You really know where to hit a man where it hurts, don't you?

And btw, funny as f**k.

Are you sure you're German?

You are right of course.

I am a buffoon.

My spelling is worse than atrocious.

Tell me what you know about strapping. Release. Control.

It's just, I know someone...

We have apparently stumbled upon a high-value target. This weakness has been noted for future reference . :)

Sweet things can always get sweeter.
I don't mind it.
How about you?

I can't watch a YouTube video on the train. I'm about to go offline for awhile and find a taxi.

To be clear, I'm just joking around and not looking for drama.

You haven't missed much.

To be clear. I am deadly serious. And looking for a good time.

I have always gotten immediate and helpful support from Chris at Audio Damage.

On the other hand, I have never made a transfer request. Transferring a $50 plugin is ridiculous anyhow.

Chris' attitude is the best in the business. Most other developers are boring as shit, and seem to be putting on a front for the sake of business. f**k that.

Always within 1 day for me. Maybe they are a very small enterprise and not able to overcome personal life hiccups by hiring 'support', which will often string you along with b.s., anyway.

While I'm aware that AD aren't known for their customer service (in a positive way) I would like to point out that there is absolutely nothing guaranteed about email. Some of my customers' emails never get to my inbox. Some of my replies never get to theirs. Some are hit and miss. Emails bounce from server to server, and some servers might not like your server* and simply bin the email with no notification. Just because you send an email doesn't mean it ever arrives.

So if you're not getting a reply within a few days, try another type of communication or a different email address.

* All it takes is one dink hacking into an account on the server you send from and spewing SPAM for you to get blacklisted somewhere.
Surely there must be consensus by now...

Holy Moses is better than 'Sweet Jesus'.

I am sure we can work something out!

f**king A.

Chris knows no airs or graces.

Not at 5 o clock in the morning.

Be sure to hide your number though.

I once made a complaint past midnight.

And several days letter, I got one of those garbled machine voice messages saying:
HHekkloohh Didd ist Doktoor Kraand, - Vatt de fook ist ur Probllemm? it just kept repeating over and over even after i had answered the monster several times. It was as is someone that knew what they were doing with computers had programmed some kind of sinister loop. - HHeklooh.. Vat is yer Fooking probllmem?

I hung up and called the police but they said the message could not be traced.

Since then, I have had nothing but good to say about Audio Damage plugins. They are the best..

:-)
