I have a simple high-hat.wav loaded into a sampler pad, I am using four vst filters to process the file. The sound is 1/4 beat long...I select the file and mixdown, however the result is a file that is low in volume, and a at least 2 semi-tones lower in pitch. I am 16 bars into my project and have stopped until I can find out what is wrong..any suggestions appreciated.

Did you mixdown to a sample or to an audio file on disk?
How are you playing back that sample or audio file?

Hi

I tried mixing to a wav and used the 'Create New Part' option I then changed the out to Master via another rack...I have sound from the file but it is very bad. The mixdown seems to want to create sequences...not wav's. I am using Mulab ver 5.4.1

Solo the part, mix-down like you would mix-down a song, create a new rack+new track, import wav. Make sure you import as streamed audio. Also, make sure you export at the same sample rate as your project.

Yes I have tried every option available in Mulab, but same results.

If you mixdown to an audio file then the "Create new part" option will create an audio part playing the rendered audio file.

If you mixdown to a sample then the "Create new part" option will create a sequence part that plays a sampler playing the rendered sample.

Which option did you choose?

I have tried all the options, I understand fully how to use Mulab and deal with audio files.
