In Sync LFO Rate Automation

Probably a straight forward answer to this, but how do I easily switch between different synced LFO rates? i.e. from 1/8 to 1/16 ?

I can automate the rate parameter but I can't work out the integer differences between each synced rate.

It's an age problem. Zebra was developed when certain hosts and/or operating systems could not handle more than, say, 128 automatable parameters. So priorities had to be set in order to keep classics such as filter cutoff available. Many parameters had to be sacrificed from automation, many of which are those with switches rather than knobs.
