It's email itself that's not guaranteed. If you send them an email, it may never arrive. If it does arrive and they respond to you, the response may never get to you. They can't answer emails they never get. You can't read the responses that they send but don't arrive.

It has nothing to do with dickishness on the part of AD. It has everything to do with over-zealous blacklist servers that poof emails between the sender and the recipient without any notification. If you can't get that,

I have Vapor - It is a unique beast - usually ends up winning the flanger wars in my studio!

Has anyone been able to get support from Audio Damage lately?
