Hi,

maybe I could have address this issue via pm to Peter but I can imagine that it might be interesting for others as well. So here's my issue:

I have several TRackS licenses in my IKM account:

- TRackS Classic (Standard)
- every additonal single license that would push up "Standard" to "Deluxe" (670, vintage EQ, opto, brickwall limiter, linear phase EQ).

(There are some more but as many as I would need for a whole "Grand" license.)

Is there a way that IKM would transfer those licenses into ONE single license for "Deluxe"?

My main issue is the need to re-activate each plugin every time there is a change on my system. Annoying. One license for deluxe would make that much more comfortable.

Of course it would be OK to get the new Deluxe license as NFR.

So, Peter, is there a solution or do I have to struggle on?

Cheers Jens

There is no system in place that I know of that can do this. Support has direct access to your account and can take a look directly, though, and they would be able to give a more detailed answer and know if there was any workaround, etc.

One note - if you use the plugins in T-RackS Custom Shop you would only need to "Restore My Gear" any time you made major system changes that triggered a reauthorization via a single log in using your account details. That may also help the work flow issue you mention at this time, at least.

Ah, OK. That's a good hint.

Thanks for your quick response. May be I should contact support. Regards

Restore my gear - nevertheless I would always have to copy and paste all my serials into the (re)activation process.

Not for Restore My Gear. Your registered gear will restore based on your account sign-in on the Custom Shop app.

HI Peter,

Relatedly, with `restore my gear` does it use up an activation each time you press this?
I ask as I had to press it a couple of times recently after having issues with the custom shop and re-installing it. I got emails saying I`d used up an activation but in my user area these didn`t seem to have registered.

It will use an authorization if necessary, or if you are on a computer that has already been authorized it should use the existing authorization code.

Ok thanks,

good to know it should be safe to press restore gear. i.e. not burning up authorisations.

Doesn't work here.

I AM logged in (Custom Shop). Plugins aren't activated inside i.e. Cubase.

I have contacted support now.
