No, MuLab 5 is almost finished. Currently finalizing and fixing things. Then soon public testing will start.

I've taken note on the wishlist about it.

When I import microtonal MIDI into MuLab I only see the velocity info in automation, not the pitch bend info. What am I doing wrong?

You can select the pitch bend view on the left side of the Event Graph Editor.
