I find it difficult to differentiate the default file names in the parts and the browser. The more there are, the worse it gets. Especially when they are recorded in rapid succession. Perhaps spaces might help. I.e., 2014 02 15 - 11 14 15. An option for the U.S. style, 02 15 2014 wouldn't hurt us on this side of the pond.

The default names are just so you don't "have to" be busy with naming when inspiration flows, but afterwards best is to give them a name yourself.

I do, but as you know, I record lots of "takes" in rapid succession and don't want to stop and rename them. I also tend to remove them without cleaning house, and occasionally want to browse for an older one. And then sometimes I move them around. I rarely bother renaming until I'm sure it's the one I want. It's a small deal.
