Release the sticky threads

There are so many sticky threads, and many I'm not sure why are still kept sticky?

Here is an example, there was at one point some jam in the Midlands, but it's almost 2 years now since somebody posted in the thread:

If the thread is kept sticky because of a link to bitjam, I think it is better to collect such links in a different manner. As new users wouldn't know how to dig them up.
