"New "Audio Pos/Neg Splitter" module."

That's for 2nd order harmonic distortion. Finally! :)
How to: positive half gets a different treatment than the negative. Simplest application, use an amplifier in one output.
And just to mention it, 3rd order hamonic distortion is done by Tanh.

Bug Report: You can route a 2>1 audio balancer into itself. Consequently, when you try to output that it becomes a very bad loop and kills Mulab very quickly

I cannot open the preset browser with ValhallaVintageVerb.

It opens and IMMEDIATELY closes.

Why is that ?

Amateur technicians are assessed by the tools they possess - and the amount of those tools, with an obvious preference to the latest hyped ones.

I already researched similar reports in the past and as far as i could research it's an issue in the Juce library that Valhalla uses. Please send your question to Valhalla and/or Jules of Juce for i can't look inside a VST plugin. I'm open to cooperate with them on narrowing this down if that would be necessary.

I did. right after I posted here.

His reply was the same as your : "Seems like its an issue with MuTools and MUX"

So where does this leaves me (and the others) ?... :?

Did he research that? Does he have any real arguments?

If i could look inside a VST plugin i would research it further but i can't look into a VST plugin, that's a black box. The only thing the plug developer should do is put a breakpoint after such popup menu and see what triggered the immediate close. Should be quite simple imho. I'm open for cooperation where necessary.

I sent him just that (your willingness to solve this together with him) in our latest correspondence.

Lets hope He'll comply.

Just as extra info: The Vst 2.4 Sdk does not include functions to manage popup menus. Plugin popup menus etc are 100% plugin code. So the technical code decission to 'suddenly' close that popup menu really is 100% on the plugins' side. So that's why it's the plug dev who should lookup the very cause why this popup menu suddenly closes. Once that cause is known, i think we'll be close to solution.
