Why are we being shown useless screenshots of a VST, without AUDIO examples?

1. That dude playing the electric guitar has some weird faces when he plays. You might consider just showing pictures of the program and not his weird face. lol, he's skilled but it freaks me out that he's doing the guitar face.

IMHO, the guy's earning his guitar face with that piece. Very expressive and evocative of the original.

Hey, we even posted two of them yesterday (second is below). More audio demos are coming (I should have had a few already to pepper in with these so I'll follow up), we have posted videos and I believe we have one more (funny faces or not, but I would put money on it being him playing...) and I've never sold ice to eskimos because I do not like really cold weather.

Here's another Jazz Bass (the last was fretless) with our great Model 670 effect loaded up:


Edit - I've had some pressure put on about the audio demos that were to be included by now, and confirmed that we're looking good for the mid-year (yes, 2014) release timeframe and we'll have at least enough pictures to last until then. If there are any issues, I'll be sure to get the pink piano and other excellent shots for you, though.

mid-year 2014... well if my math is correct... there is 364 days in a year... divide 364 by 2... you get 182... the 182 day of the year in 2014 is Tuesday July 1...

today is the 112 days of the year... again... depending on my math skills... the release is 70 days away...

i just hope that ST3 lives up to it hype... wondering if i would get "BANNED" if it does not live up to the hype... and i give my opinion(s) on it...

i guess in 70 days we will know!!!

Hype or not, the option will be there to either buy it or not just as the option to participate in the "hype" of threads like this exists but a lot of people who claim to have no interest or are "done with IK" tend to enjoy them regardless so we're very fortunate to have the interest and enthusiasm of many who are allegedly specifically NOT interested or enthusiastic. I'd call it more paradox than hype in that case

Anyway for those of you who are not paying attention, Peter has already posted 2 video demos in this thread. Granted it's the same ones that have already been posted several times over now in the locked ST3 threads, but he *has* posted demos.

Actually you really do. Some sentences seem to go on longer than preliminary instructors would have approved of, but if Gabriel Garcia Marquez (RIP) can do it successfully, then I see no reason Peter from IK Multimedia can't do it too.
