Today we have a Metal Kit from SampleTank 3 with 2 kick drums, 6 toms, and General MIDI percussion. You can be very expressive and realistic with the tom articulations and snare & hat articulations available. For added punch, there's the classic Black 76 as an insert effect too.

I can't believe the forums let them continually post such repetitive nonsense which is basically meant just to keep the thread at the top. I suppose in the end it's about advertising dollars.

My apologies if I missed this elsewhere: Will there be some kind of preset exchange for ST3? Looking at these drum jpg's makes me realize that there will be some great FX combinations available to drastically alter the kit sounds in some very interesting ways.

Unfortunately, I lack the chops to come up with consistently usable settings on my own, but hopefully others with at least a modicum of talent will be able to share their clever creations.

Not at the moment but I'll relay the suggestion. People should be able to share their multis without much hassle but it would of course be great to put them in a searchable database officially (and we can also consider offering JamPoints for uploading presets like we've done with the AmpliTube Preset XChange, etc too so people will share them more readily).

That would be really nice, yes.

Something like the online bank of presets which is on KV331 website but very underused. The idea was very good. It's a shame that they haven't promote it better. Such a service for Sampletank 3 and its legal "powered by" products would be really awesome!

Not only it is useful for the users but also it would promote a concrete strong community around IKM ST3 for long time ! And it would be also a huge argument to bring everyday new users to the product!

Here we have an Alt Rock Kit from the Acoustic Drums in SampleTank 3 with General MIDI mapping, round robin, articulations, and multi-velocity just like the other kits we've been showing you. You can see the MACRO section and what controls you have there over the sound, and there are articulations available too (see the information in the screenshot for details):
