License Key Problems

Hey Bulent, I'm not able to use Synthmaster since the update. I emailed you a couple of times but no response so I figured I'd try this forum.

I had a problem with my serial number not working and you were kind enough to send a new one so I could download new sounbanks and whatnot. Well, I was excited to install the new update (2.6.something...) and once I downloaded and installed the new update I got the error msg that my license key was invalid. I'm sure it has something to do with the new serial number you issued, and an easy fix is probably updating my license key with my new serial number.

The customer service you've given me in the past has been first rate. You and your team are probably extremely busy since Synthmaster is getting such across-the-board great reviews. Please don't leave me hanging. I hope to get a response from you very soon.
