5ms safety attack in MTremolo?

I just tried to make MTremolo cut a really sharp rectangle LFO on a sample, but it still has a 5ms attack/release phase. Is that configurable? Or should I switch to MRhythmizer where I can define the attack?

I'm lost here, why are you mentioning attack & release, you did use an envelope follower? MTremolo doesn't have one I think. Can you send me results and screenshot of the plugin settings?

No envelope, I mean I select rectangle as LFO shape in MTremolo, smoothness 0, but the edges still are not really a rectangle. Rectangle would be that the volume switches from 0% to 100% within one sample. But there is a short attack time of 5ms where the volume fades from 0% to 100%.
(the sample itself also is a rectangular wave, hope this does not confuse things

Aaaaaah, I see. The LFO is extremely slow, right? The shapes are interpolating, so if it is too slow, you can get this at the edge. It's usually a good thing, it avoids the clicking, but I guess you don't want it. You can the MRhythmizer then, but I'm not sure it's not like that either.
