Yeah I've actually found that in a few cases Multicore seems to increase CPU usage instead of decrease it. I've only been using ACE for the past few days though, so if there is a pattern I'll report.

Also... DAMN. THIS SYNTH. 8) There I was thinking it was just a typical subtractive with a pretty interface. Amazing what it can do!

It also seems to depend on the DAW, perhaps? In Reaper the multicore option results in higher CPU usage... both in ACE and Diva.

I hope implementation of some offline algorithms will not affect for current real-time non-trivial sound nature of ACE (i am ready to sacrifice all CPU for the sake of this).
I am concerned even without this, and sometimes compare the old 1559 and the latest version, suspecting hear the difference with the same settings. A few more major changes and I'm afraid it will turn into paranoia for me.
