In Cubase it doesn't work, if I use the pan inside cubase. Example: Position a stereo audio with cubase pan all to left and try to change it with mutility via swap nothing happens. The sound still appears all from the left. Brainworx bx solo works.

Well, I just checked with both VST2 and VST3 under Cubase 7.5 64-bit on Windows 7 64-bit and everything seems normal. Can you give me more info? Did you even enable the plugin??

Cubase 7.5.20 64bit.
Stereo Track with stereo audio, hard panned left (100%), now I insert mutility as an insert. Tried pre and after fader slot, plugin enabled, but nothing happened.

Well, I just checked, and if I use one MUtility to pan everything to one side, and next one to swap channels, everything works. Global panner in Cubases mixer is probably after the effect chain. There's all I can say to this, I don't see a problem.
