Yep, I haven't used a DAW before.
I'm looking at Mu and I'm puzzled.
I've searched Youtube for a tutorial, but haven't found what I'm
looking for.
I'm trying to input an existing wav file into Mu, through
a VST (demo ozone), and then into a new wav file.
So far, I have a wav file playing and can alter the EQ in
Ozone, but don't know the easiest way to route this altered
version to a new wav file I can save to disk.
Please give me a quick pointer so I can begin to make sense
on how to accomplish this task.
Thanks
How do I route input audio file through plugin to a new file

What you're looking for is called "Mixdown audio". The DAW isn't an effects box through which audio gets processed, it's more like a word processor -- you load up a session, work on it, save it, come back later, do more work. Eventually you're done and you "print" -- mixing down to an audio file with all the parts you've got flying around inside merged down into one blob of sound.

Yes pljones is right, use the "Mixdown Audio" function to save the processed result into a new audio file. See SESSION menu -> "Mixdown Audio".
