Wondering if theres a ULTIMATE stop button, y'know one that stops everything?

The stop button? Or disable the e-to-e (end-to-end) button next to it.

with a looping vsti e-to-e simply mutes it then un-mutes it.

A distinct panic button that clears all sounds and stops all playback.

Right but is there one? How about one that takes that annoying hissing sound away?!? (Just kidding about that part, i just bought it)

Click the settings page tab at the top of the screen.
If you then immediately click the edit tab you won't get sent to the settings page.

This acts as a panic button.
