The cord cable's color assignment isn't kept stored in any preset. So if you use the color disposability as a tool that can help you remember the way you thought structural when building a patch - well, this is irritating after all [the selective clicking-process].

Hmmm... quite a cool idea - saving cable colors in the patch. I guess it makes a lot of sense. Urs?chrisxx wrote:The cord cable's color assignment isn't kept stored in any preset. I'm not a musician, but I've designed sounds that others use to make music. http://soundcloud.com/obsidiananvil

Realized the same "bug". I find it convenient to color cables in a structural way but yes, colors are not recalled with preset.

I've noticed some odd behavior when using the MMaps to pan stacked voices. When it's setup to pan the stacked voices hard left and hard right (stereo unison spread), occasionally the volume of one of the channels will not be at 100%. This is most noticeable when just using 2 stacked voices with an MMap panning each full left and full right. Play enough successive notes, and there will randomly be ones where volume is much lower in one channel.
I've never encountered that behavior in ACE when using this setup.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?

also +1 for colouring either based on output module, or output source.
perhaps some more colours?, will help with the above suggestion...
ones I can think of not too close to current ones are: white, black, grey, pink, brown

Really fun using 2 auto oscillating filter as oscillators
or...
use them as modulators
in theory we got 6 oscillators....and two (spare) free filters...
impressive...

I'm making a soundset... I had planned to have it ready for the Bazille v1 release... but the changes in the filter (totally worth it) means lots of my previous presets need to be re-worked, or are just out. I had a collection of vocal type sounds and I have to start over with them... The one I posted a few days ago is the first of the new lot!ddeez wrote:wanted to repost this cuz i dont think pxindy or urs saw my post
"pxindy are u going to post these patches ever for public use? Especially the first one u posted with the vocal type sound?

Not the best demo in the world by any means but Bazille can make some nice acid like evolving squelchers. Really liking this synth, its possible to do some really cool stuff with the builtin sequencer though aliasing can be a problem compared to using an envelope. Sending one sequencer out to a parameter and then to a reverse to another parameter is especially awesome
