hi all,
did anyone of you install EP-4 and VA-2 by AAS without any problems ?
at the moment I only have EP-3 on my Receptor because this is the latest installer on plugorama.com.
same goes for VA-1. I'd like to have the VA-2 on my Receptor.
Hopefully, Pianoteq 5 (soon coming out) will be supported by Receptor.

Pianoteq 5:
On their website the say:
"Does Pianoteq 5 work with the Receptor?
Pianoteq 5 is currently not available for the Receptor and we cannot tell when/if it will. For questions regarding Pianoteq for the Receptor, updates and release dates, please contact Plugorama."
Any update on this is very welcome

ok, I just got this message from Modartt/Pianoteq:
"Pianoteq 5 is not compatible with first generation Receptor units, but it should be compatible with Receptor 2. Just drop the 32-bit "Pianoteq 5.dll" into the "Unsupported Plug-ins" folder of the Receptor. If you need more help or an official installer for Receptor, please contact Plugorama support."
Excellent support! Problem solved

BTW, I've tried the Pianoteq 5 STAGE demo on my Rec 2+ (1.9 OS).
I can instantiate the plugin, and change patches within the plugin and at the Source level (from the Receptor host).
However, I cannot save and then recall singles or multis that include Pianoteq without the host becoming somewhat unresponsive. For example, I can't dismiss the single or multi selection menu by clicking the Close button, but I can click outside of it. Unfortunately, this seems to make the host unstable, and before long, it crashes.
I had the same issue with Pianoteq Stage 4 and was hoping something changed in 5 to make this work better.
Has anyone else encountered this? Any solutions? (I'll check the logs when I get a moment.)
I'm not sure why STAGE would be substantially different from the Standard or Pro version with regard to this functionality.
Thanks,
-John
