Hello,
I would like to reproduce an algorithm I have on my Eventide H8000.
I think one ( or a combination of 2) MP plugin should be able to make it.
As the title says, it is basically a delay with stretching.

The original sound, played in real time ( not a prerecorded sample), gets processed through stretching ( I usually double its time so that it goes one octave down) and it is played one time.

The original H8000 algorithm offers many other options ( like pitch shifting, delays and reverb), but these can be made with other plugins.

Thank you !

In MMultiBandRhythmizer there's a preset that playbacks the input with 50% speed (=double time). Find it in "Default - General 1 Band".

It's "sitting" in slot#25.

Hook this effect behind a normal delay (routed via FX send).

Hi Elassi,

thanks for this.
What do you mean for slot#25 ?
Rhythmizer is a little obscure to me...

thank you

Step 1 (select preset set)

Step 2 (find your "slot", usually triggered by note C3 but can be another signal, too)

It needs some advanced settings, though, if you want it to happen automatically. However, first check if it is the FX you want to achieve.

Yeah and if you put the MMBHarmonizer after it you can pitch it back to normal so you have effectively stretched it to double length :)
