According to the manual, adding a positive Key Follow amount in the filter module ought to result in negative modulation for keys below E3 and positive above (indeed, this is the way it works for other u-he synths like Diva).
However, filter Key Follow results in unipolar modulation scaled across the whole key range.
Interestingly, patching Key1 to cutoff gives the expected negative modulation below E3.

Surely, it would be better if Key Follow behaved as it does for all other u-he synths?
Scratch that: Zebra has the same dual Key Follow behaviour as Bazille - the fixed filter Key Follow control gives unipolar modulation, but add Key Follow in one of the mod slots and you get bipolar around E3. Never noticed that before!
