rendering bug with mda jx10

Okay I think I've figured out the rendering bug with JX 10, it might be a lot worse than that. I have notes that aren't being cut off during render, that are cut off in realtime. I have notes laid down that arent above each other, and there is glide enabled. On realtime, it recognizes the note cuts, and in render it does NOT recognize the notes were cut, the notes are gliding. using latest version...

I had something similar happen on render before. I thought the quality of render was shit, but it turns out the whole track was being played in legato over one note, it wasn't retriggering. I can't really remember the fix, but I think it might have been because of a note just outside the boundaries of the clip was mucking things up. Drag the arrows of the clip and see if there are 'hidden' notes before or after the clip, if so delete them.

I had a similar problem once with muons Tau Pro.
The notes were all rigid 16ths, and I had to resort to shortening them all by a few ticks to get render to work properly.
I can't remember whether I reported it or not.

Well it's not registering a note off at any length of note that I am producing... That is kind of upsetting because first off it came with the mda jx10 and i would personally like this bug to be somehow fixed. I don't see how you can have a note-off be heard and yet not rendered...

I'm having this same problem with Sampletank 1 and 2. Tracktion plays it back fine; on export it renders without note off events. Could this be caused by the recent Tracktion update? I'm sure I've rendered midi through Sampletank in the past without this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Tracktion 1 + SampleTank 2 export / render bug fix!
A friend (who uses Vegas + Cakewalk) said he'd come across a similar bug with a plug-in. This is what he suggested:
Make sure any midi notes triggering the VSTi are not starting at 1|1|000 <-- the 000th tick mark in Tracktion for the first bar of the song on any track. Increase those midi notes by a few ticks.
So I tried that (for piano and bass tracks I set them to 1|1|003) and SampleTank rendered perfectly!
I'm back to being happy with Tracktion and SampleTank again! Hope this helps anyone with similar export/render problems.
