2 x Receptor 2 v1.9
2 x 2TB HDD's
Integral Memory Hardware Cloner
Just a note that I have registered a ticket with Muse Research and left a message with the support number. This issue is incredibly time sensitive so I thought I'd give this a try too.I work for a big UK band who are about to embark on a seriously hectic festival run. As part of the prep I was cloning our drives to make sure all changes were up to date.
After the clone was complete I reinstalled the drives as usual but on boot it makes towards the end of loading the mixer when "Problem Found 2001, Contact Support" comes up on the LED screen. These are the only up to date copies of our show samples and I have basically got tomorrow to get them working.
Can someone shed some light on this error message and how to fix it while retaining all the sounds on the drive?
This is incredibly urgent so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hello
Did you use the receptors built in cloning and backup options or another solution.
Allso it is not clear in your message what drives (the ones you cloned from )Or the target drives (the ones you cloned to.) are not working.
Do the original drives still work.?
Did you by any chance mix up the drives so that receptor a) got receptor b,s) drive .? When you switched back the drives.

I managed to trace the problem back to a power issue, if the Receptors are connected to the same supply as several other devices on a 4 way power adapter it will freeze while the mixer is loading and throw out that error message. I’ve tested all the units on their own supply and everything is working fine.
