There's a user-created tool called wav2zebra2 that can help you generate OSC templates from WAVs.

In my experience, Zebra* isn't the synth to go to if you want to use imported single cycles. You need the program Rob mentioned, and the results can be a little woolly. On the other hand, there are so many ways to create and modulate waveshapes in Zebra, that I've never once felt the need to import single cycles. Once you've got your head around the Osc FX and wavetable features of Zebra, the idea of a hard, static, sampled cycle seems unappealing most of the time.
