Hello,
when I change presets on Granular or Wobbler ( the only two MP vsts I am using live) I get Audiomulch freezing.
No parameters react to change in all the UI, then I get "Audiomulch not responding", then I get the crash.
Same system, same setup, same everything, downgraded to 7.13 = all runs fine.
Any suggestion ?
Thank you Vojtech !

For the record, I'd just tried on Win 7 and everything seems fine. Can you give me more info about how to simulate it? Note that AudioMulch is only 32-bit so you MUST use 32-bit plugins.

thank you Vojtech,
I am in the studio for some recordings, so I cannot risk to get back to this kind of trouble now.
The procedure is quite simple.
Just save some Granular and Wobbler presets on some Audiomulch contraption's presets and then map them to midi through Audiomulch parameter modulation.
Recall them via a midi controller.
My set up has much more happening than just these two vsts so might work when they are alone. As I wrote you I cannot test it at the moment.
The thing I know and have deeply tested is that the system crashes if 8.02 Granular and Wobbler are present, it doesn't crash if are not there or if they are 7.13.

Well, please let me know when you get some time and would like to check it out. I'm afraid I spent quite some time trying to make it crash without success...

Hi Vojtech,
as promised, here I am with some more details.
I have created a Melda Production only environment in Audiomulch to check the situation from the bone up.
have a midicontroller ready to send midi program changes 1, 2 and 3.
open Am, new document.
PATCHER panel:
insert and connect in the stereo audio routing the following elements:
AUX IN 1
MWOBBLER
MMULTIBANDGRANULAR
SOUNDOUT
close PATCHER panel or reduce it.
open PROPERTIES panel
in MWOBBLER ui:
load preset FREESTONE PINNED ( chosen by chance), assign it to preset n. 1 in AM preset box
load next preset by clicking the right arrow on MWOBBLER, assign it to preset n. 2 in AM preset box
load next preset by clicking the right arrow on MWOBBLER, assign it to preset n. 3 in AM preset box
in MMULTIBANDGRANULAR ui:
load preset HOSPITAL ( chosen by chance), assign it to preset n. 1 in AM preset box
load next preset by clicking the right arrow on MMULTIBANDGRANULAR, assign it to preset n. 2 in AM preset box
load next preset by clicking the right arrow on MMULTIBANDGRANULAR, assign it to preset n. 3 in AM preset box
check that every preset is recalled correctly by manually clicking the relative AM preset box.
go to MWOBBLER parameter control ( right click on the upper right corner of the frame containing its UI),
check PRESET NUMBER
in the right section you have SOURCES
check MIDI LEARN ( the midi connector icon with the ? )
press midi controller so that it send midi program change 1
pressing the three presets from the midi controller should now move the presets accordingly.
go to MMULTIBANDGRANULAR parameter control ( right click on the upper right corner of the frame containing its UI),
check PRESET NUMBER
in the right section you have SOURCES
check MIDI LEARN ( the midi connector icon with the ? )
press midi controller so that it send midi program change 1
pressing the second presets from the midi controller is now freezing Audiomulch.
I was afraid that this could have been caused by my intense load of midi connections and vst routings, but this example shows that it is something happening within these two vsts.
Hope to have been clear enough in explaining the routine.
Thank you Vojtech,
Luca

Hi Luca,
well, this is kind of too exhaustive, looks like an hour of work and sorry to say, but I just don't have that much time. Could you just create such a project and send it to me?

I can inform that with 8.03 the issue is solved.
Something in the previous release was causing the freeze.
thank you Vojtech.
