I've been using Tracktion for some months now and love its ease of use. I DO have a problem however. Whenever I exit Tracktion it leaves a process running which shows in Task Manager (as Tracktion.exe). I'm using XP Pro with a GuitarPort and an Audigy Platinum soundcard. I've discounted VSTs since it still occurs when I remove them all (rename the plugin directories).
The remaining process IS a problem since it then hogs the CPU until killed. It also stops Tracktion from restarting. This happens even when I just open Tracktion and close it immediately. This is still happening with the new version 1.5.1.16.
Anyone else get this and is there a fix?

not since the versions that had known problems.Anyone else get this
I suspect Tracktion is failing to release some part of your audio hardware.
Might be worth making sure you have the latest drivers for your soundcard etc.
Also try disabling the hardware temporarily and see if Tracktion is still failing to clean up behind itself.
