I dont have anything cool to add...
But a lot of my weirdest, yet most useless, fun comes from manipulating/resynthesizing vocal samples with Harmor or Granite.
Sometimes I will link up a s/h lfo or a midi knob to the resynth scrub and a parameter in something weird like Synplant, and play them together. Literally LOL stuff...

Mmmm, Eigenharp is definitely high on my gear lust list, and there's not really all that much gear that I am lusting after tbh.

I dunno what I'd really consider as a weird instrument, as I generally record all kinds of weird sounds with all kinds of things. Perhaps my contact mic?

Just got this.

Have no idea how to actually record my tuneless hammerings at the moment, but that's probably for the best.

And it need properly tuning, which is going to be a nightmare.
