I need MuLab 4.5.2 to open an older session

I have an old session I want to work on but, upon opening it on version 5.5.1, I get a message stating I must use version 4.5.2 to convert the session to a new format. Being so, is there any chance anyone could provide me with a link to the 32-bit Windows installer of MuLab version 4.5.2?

By the way, I have just upgraded to MuLab 6 UL and the UI changes look great! Will it be necessary to upgrade my MuLab 5 sessions to MuLab 6 like it happened from 4 to 5?
