Assign own action to keyboard-shortcut?

Dearest fellow-tracktioneers,

hopefully some of you out there have a sunny summer (or nice winter) and the answer to my question: can I assign an action to a keyboard-shortcut in Tracktion which isn't listed on the pop-up when you hit a certain shortcut-letter in its properties-dialogue?

Thing is, the way is quite a long one to drag and drop a new filter to a track, so highlighting the place where a filter should be inserted and hittin' a shortcut
would be very fine. Maybe it already has one like that and i just missed it?
